A full-scale study on organic contaminant degraded mechanism from biological A/O process enhanced by zeolite

摘  要:拉曼光谱、TOC和UV254测试结果显示,在沸石强化A/O生物脱氮-同步化学除磷工艺中,城市污水中的溶解性和非溶解性有机污染物易被含沸石活性污泥吸附,由于含沸石活性污泥的异养菌较常规A/O生物脱氮工艺污泥的异养菌高数倍至55倍,其有机污染物的生物降解能力得到改善,COD去除率维持在90%左右,0.22μm膜过滤液TOC去除率接近97%,0.45μm滤纸过滤液TOC去除率达到92%,并使包括一些难降解有机物在内的有机污染物得到进一步降解。The analytical results of Raman spectrum, TOC and UV254 indicated that in a full-scale test of biological A/O process enhanced by zeolite, dissolved and non-dissolved organic contaminants in municipal wastewater are easily adsorbed and degraded by the activated sludge contained zeolite. Because the activated sludge containing zeolite has more bacterium than the activited sludge of biological A/O process, the biodegradabilities of organic contaminants are improved in the process. Organic contaminants,including 90% of COD in municipal wastewater,97% of TOC in filter effluent of 0.22μm filtration membrane,92% of TOC in filter effluent of 0.45μm filtration membrane and nonbiodegradable organics, are removed or further degraded by the activated sludge in biological A/O process enhanced by zeolite.
