织造缩率在织物形成中的规律

摘　　要：本文通过对织缩率在织物形成的全过程中的试验与分析,探讨了织缩率在织物形成过程中的变化规律,从而利用纱布变形理论和织物几何结构原理,建立了织机刺毛辊上的织物几何结构模型,计算刺毛辊上织物的织缩率,并建立了织缩率工艺设计的预选方程式。In this paper, the shrinkage of fabric during the whole fabrics forming process wasinvestigated through experiment and analysis ahd.its variation way was explored. By usingthe theory of the yarn and cloth deformation, and the principle of the fabrics geometricalstructure, thus the model of the fabric geometrical structure on the cloth roller of the loomhas been created. Then the shrinkage of cloth on the cloth roller may be calculted, and thepredetermined equation of the shrinkage of cloth on technological design has beenestablished.
