摘 要:应急作战条件下,技术测试流程的优化对于提高导弹快速反应能力具有十分重大的意义。首先,提出了技术测试可靠性指标,并基于技术测试特点,运用一种新的可靠性分析方法——Go法对技术测试可靠性进行评定。然后在此基础上,采用GERT网络技术进行优化方案的论证。基于定量与定性分析相结合的手段,充分考虑了技术测试过程中的随机因素。最后,给出了仿真示例。优化方法的提出,给作战决策部门提供了可靠的理论依据。In the emergent battle, to improve the missile rapid response capacity, it is very important to optimize the flow of technical test. Firstly, metric for the reliability of technical test was established. Considered its character, a new analysis method, Go method, was used to evaluate its reliability. On the basis of above research, a network technique, GERT, was employed to demonstrate on the optimal scheme. The means were adopted combined quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. And random factors during the process of technical test were considered At last, the emulational example was also given. The method is a credible theoretical gist for the decision-making department.
