摘　　要：本文通过对视频会议历史和发展的阐述,以及对视频会议相关技术的分析比较,并结合当前国土资源管理工作和信息化工作的需求,说明了建设国土资源视频会议系统的必要性,重点论述了系统的设计概况、系统所采用的相关技术、系统的先进性等,最后说明了建设视频会议系统的意义。This paper first introduces the history and development of the videoconference. Then the related technologies of it are analyzed and compared. Based on the present demand of land and resources administration and informatization, this paper explains the necessity of constructing land and resources videoconference system, focusing on the design and advanced techniques of this system. The significance of construcfing the videoconference system is explained in the last section of the paper.
