山西省农产品质量安全现状评析

摘　　要：农产品质量安全问题是关系人民群众身体健康、生命安全、社会稳定以及提高我国农业和农产品国际竞争力的重大问题。文章在分析山西省农产品质量安全现状的基础上,剖析了农产品质量安全的深层次问题,提出山西省农产品质量安全监督管理的目标及发展对策。研究结果对提高山西省农产品质量安全水平,促进农业增效、农民增收具有重要的指导意义。Qualitative safety, serving as a significant problem, bears an intimate relationship with the health and lives of grassroots and also related to the social safety and international competitive force of agricultural products. After current situation of qualitative safety of agricultural products in Shanxi province analyzed, some issues at a deep level were analyzed, and objectives of management and countermeasures were put forward. The results play a important role in enhancing the level of qualitative safety, improving the effect of agriculture and raising the income of farmers.
