摘　　要：文章通过对1999～2004年河北省林业科技项目的统计与分析,揭示了河北省林业科技工作的现状、特点及存在的问题并在此基础上提出了明确项目研究方向和重点,建立多元化的科技投入体制,改革科技管理体制等加速河北省林业科技发展的若干建议。Based on the statistics of forestry programs of science and technology in Hebei province during 1999-2004, current situation, characteristics and main problems in forestry research works were analyzed. Several suggestions on speeding up the development of forestry science and technology in Hebei province were put forward, Such as making clear the direction and emphasis of research programs, building up a frame of diversification of funds and reforming science and technology management institution.
