海洛因依赖者家庭环境及心理健康状况的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:了解海洛因依赖者的家庭环境及心理健康状况。方法:采用标准化评定工具对海洛因依赖者的家庭环境及心理健康状况进行调查,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果:研究组SCL-90总分及各项因子分、神经质(N)量表分、SAS总分和标准分及SDS总分和标准分均明显高于对照组;家庭亲密度、娱乐性、组织性和控制性显著低于对照组,矛盾性高于对照组。结论:海洛因依赖者存在严重的心理问题;家庭亲密度低,娱乐性、组织性和控制性差,矛盾性突出,应引起戒毒工作者的足够重视。Objective： To investigate the family environment and the mental health status of heroin dependent patients. Method： The family environment and the mental health status of heroin dependent patients were assessed by various mental health measures, and the results were compared with those of the normal control. Results ： SCL - 90 total scores and factor scores, the N score of EPQ, SAS and SDS total and standard scores of heroin dependent patients were significantly higher than those of the controls; the family intimate degree, amusement, organization and controls scored lower than the normal control, while antinomy scored higher. Conclusion： Heroin dependent patients have severe psychological problem; the family intimate degree is low, the amusement, organization and controls are bad, and the antinomy is conflict. It is very important to pay more attention to the psychological problems and family environment of heroin dependent patients.
