摘　　要：“三个代表”重要思想深刻揭示了中国共产党的基本执政规律:党必须正确认识和把握国情,根据国情制定正确的路线、方针和政策;必须不断推进指导思想创新,始终走在时代前列;必须制订出理想与现实相统一的奋斗纲领;必须始终坚持立党为公、执政为民的理念;必须始终拥有一个巩固的阶级基础和不断扩大的群众基础;必须把握衡量执政得失成败的根本标准,增强执政为民的自觉意识。The ruling laws of the CPC revealed by the Three Represents Important Thought are that the Party has to understand the national conditions and make its right lines and policies based on it;to innovate its guiding thought and advancement unceasingly ;to make out its guiding principle united its ideal with the reality;to insist on the faith of establishing the Party and ruling for the people;to consolidate its class basis and enlarge its masses basis constantly and that to grasp the fundamental criterion to weigh the pros and cons of its ruling practice so as to enhance its consciousness of ruling for the people.
