摘  要:采用盆栽试验研究了不同施氯量对K326烟草光合作用的影响,结果表明:随施氯量增加,光合作用增强,到达一定量后,效果下降,且各施氯处理光合速率均高于对照.5月25日测定,各施氯处理气孔导度均与对照有显著性差异,处理C和处理B与处理D、A也达到显著性差异水平.不同施氯量对烤烟植株叶片胞间CO2浓度影响不大.各处理蒸腾作用差别不大,只5月25日测定时处理B与处理C、D及CK有显著性差异,处理A与对照有显著性差异.每公顷施用45 kg NH4Cl效果最好.Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of different chloride treatment on photosynthetic characteristics as well as the indexes of the biggest leave of tobacco plants K326. The results show that plant photosynthesis increases with the chloride application dosage but the efficiency will decrease after the application dosage reaches to a certain amount. While determining in 25 may, the conductance to H2O of the different chloride treatment have significant differences than the CK's, its of the treatment C and B also significant differences between the treatment B and D's. The intercellular CO2 concentration of every Cl^- treatment have not differences, and it is not differences between the transpiration rate of every treatment, however significant differences were also found between the treatment B with treatment C, D and CK in may 25, and the treatment A had significant differences than treatment CK. Application of 45 kg ammonium chloride (NH4Cl) per hectare is found to be the best treatment.
