摘　　要：分析了甘蔗种植机车架在弯曲和扭转组合工况下的应力和应变分布,讨论了车架在危险工况下的强度和刚度问题,提出修改意见,并对原有结构优化,进行了后车架结构的轻量化方案设计。The distribution of stress and strain for the vehicle frame, when it bears both bend and torsion, are analyzed first. The strength and stiffness of the frame are also discussed, when it works in an emergency. Some improvements are put forward to optimize the original structure, and a lightweight design to the retral frame is achieved.
