摘 要:采自新疆农一师不同团场和农三师43团的棉花枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporumf.sp.vasinfectum),经分离纯化获9个菌株。利用硝酸钾诱变棉花枯萎病菌,产生抗氯酸盐的硝酸盐营养突变株(nit mutant),9个菌株共诱发获得16个nit突变株,其中nit1占62.5%,nitM占25.0%,nit3(8)占12.5%。将获得的nit突变株作营养体亲和性配对反应,进行营养体亲和性的测定.发现不同菌株营养体亲和产生的亲和带形态有差异,且具一定稳定性。9 isolates of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum were obtained from the farms of the First Division and the 43rd Regiment of the Third Division of Xinjiang. They produced 16 nitrate nonutilizing mutants on PSA media amended with 1.5% KCIO3. Among them, 62.5% were of nitl, 25.0% were of nitM, and 12.5% were of nit3 ( 8 ). Complementing or vegetative compatibility tests were carried out on minimal media by pairing the nit mutants from the same strains. The morphological characters of vegetative compatibility zone among different compatible isolate pairs were different and stable.
