大眼狮鲈发眼卵胚胎发育的观测

摘　　要：本文通过2004年5月从加拿大引进的大眼狮鲈发眼卵64万粒,进行室内人工孵化,期间对发眼卵的胚胎发育进行观察。结果显示,大眼狮鲈发眼卵在7℃-17℃之间,胚胎发育的积温是135℃.d时,孵化率高达80%,卵黄囊在发眼卵发育到第11天时完全消失,成活率约为60%。The study uses 640,000 Walleye larvae eyed eggs which are introduced from Canada in May 2004 to incubate artificially and also to observe the embryo of eyed eggs. The result shows that between 7℃ to 17℃ and the temperature of embryonic development is 135℃, the hatching rate reaches 80%, and on the 11th day, the yolk is completely disappeared, with a survival rate of 60%.
