摘　　要：司法腐败现象是法治社会严重的腐败现象之一,它是司法人员司法伦理和操守丧失的结果,也是相关制度缺陷造成的恶果,同时也与一定的社会经济文化环境相关联。探究司法腐败现象之危害与成因,有助于构建防治司法腐败的理性模式。The phenomenon of judicial corruption is one of serious corruptions of the society ruled by law, It is the result of the judicial personnel＇s judicial ethics and personal integrity loss and the evil consequence of the defection of the relevant system, associating with certain social economic cultural environment. Probing into the dangers and causes of the judicial corruptive phenomenon can facilitate constructing the rational mode of preventing judicial corruption.
