摘　　要：目的:评价Rhino凝胶快速止血气囊治疗鼻咽出血的疗效。方法:采用单盲、随机对照法,将50例鼻咽出血患者分为两组:治疗组和对照组,每组25例。治疗组采用Rhino凝胶快速止血气囊作鼻咽填塞;对照组采用传统凡士林纱球作鼻咽填塞。结果:治愈率及总有效率:治疗组分别为80.0%及92.9%,对照组分别为48.0%及64.0%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);疼痛程度:治疗组为2分,对照组为8分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);并发症(黏膜水肿、黏膜糜烂、渗出性中耳炎)发生率:治疗组分别为8.0%、0.0%及4.0%,对照组分别为76.0%、44.0%及24.0%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论:Rhino凝胶快速止血气囊治疗鼻咽出血,具有痛苦少、止血效果确切及并发症少等优点,值得临床应用。Objective. To assess the efficacy of Rhino gel rapid hemostasis ballonet（RGRHB） treating nasopharyngeal hemorrhage. Methods： An odd blind study was designed to treatment of the patients who had suffered from nasopharyngeal hemorrhage. Twenty-five patients in the treating group were plugged by RGRHS. The other 25 ones in the comparing group were treated by vaseline gauzes. Hemostasis effect, pain grade and complications （including edema of nasopharyngeal membrane, erosion nasopharyngeal membrane and secretory otitis media） were compared between the two groups. Results. The cure rate and the total efficient rate of the treating group was 80. 0% and 92. 9%; while that in comparing group was 48. 0% and 64. 0%. The pain grade was 2 scores of the treating group while that in comparing group was 8, which was valued by visual analogue scale（VAS）. The complication rate （edema, erosion, secretory otitis media）was 8.0 % ,0. 0%,and 4.0%; contrast by 76.0%,44. 0% and 24. 0% of the comparing group. There were statistically significant difference between two groups in efficacy of hemostasis, pain grade and complications （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Comparing with the conventional vaseline gauzes, Rhino gel rapid hemostasis ballonet（RGRHB） is a more effective method with little pain and less complications for treatment of nasopharyngeal hemorrhage.
