摘　　要：为规划、决策、监督城乡客运一体化进程,明确了城乡客运一体化实现能力评价要素,构建了多级评价指标体系.运用模糊数学方法,建立了城乡客运一体化实现能力多级模糊综合评价模型.实例应用结果表明了该方法的有效性.For planning, deciding and supervising the course of integrated passenger transportation in the urban and rural areas, the evaluative factors of the ability to integrated passenger transportation in the urban and rural areas are defined, and a comprehensive rating system is constructed. Based on fuzzy theory, a multi-step evaluation model of ability to implement integrated passenger transportation in the urban and rural areas established. This method＇s validity is proven by examples.
