摘 要:从振动与噪声的关系入手,引出通过振动计算辐射噪声的理论公式,提出了振动与噪声之间的辐射效率的问题.然后将用于测量简单构件声辐射系数的离散计算法应用于具有复杂结构的内燃机表面振动部件中,这一方法由振动测量和阻抗计算2部分组成.由于此方法不需要测量声场,所以具有传统方法所不具有的特点,具有很高的精度.通过对这种方法的理论研究以及实验方案的设计,实现了对各种物体的声辐射效率的研究,得到的结果更能够说明物体声辐射效率的真实情况,而且不用测量噪声.Sound radiation efficiency (SRE)is brought forward from the relationship between sound and vibration. Then the discrete calculation method (DCM) which is applied to regular components is presented to some complex components of engine cover parts, and the proposed method is a hybrid method comprising both vibration measurement and calculation of radiation impedance. Furthermore, the proposed method does not require the measurement of sound fields, thus provide a high precision. Finally, DCM as a measurement method for sound radiation is verified by performing measurements of engine parts. The SRE results are approached to the reality of object because the measurement needn't measure sound fields. The above achievements can be used not only in surface velocity method, but also in sound radiation prediction.
