摘 要:为考察头孢噻肟钠结晶过程的晶型转化现象以及提供基础热力学数据,采用激光测示法测定了278.15 K到308.15 K之间B晶型头孢噻肟钠在异丙醇-水二元溶剂体系(溶剂组成:异丙醇摩尔分数为0.05-0.68)中的溶解度.在异丙醇-水二元溶剂中B晶型头孢噻肟钠的溶解度随温度升高而增加,随溶剂组成中异丙醇含量提高而下降.实验数据采用半经验方程进行关联,拟合结果与实验数据吻合良好.所测定的溶解度数据与关联模型可以作为基础热力学数据和模型在生产实践中应用.To investigate the polymorphic transition of cefotaxime sodium in crystallization process and provide thermodynamic data, its solubility in water-isopropanol binary solvent mixtures was determined by a synthetic method from 278.15 K to 308.15 K employing a laser monitoring observation technique with the solvent mole fraction composition ranged from 0.05 to 0.68. The solubility of B crystal form cefotaxime sodium in water-isopropanol binary solvent mixtures is a function of temperature, and solubility increases with an increase of temperature. Simultaneously, the solubility decreases with an increase of concentration of isopropanol in the solvent mixture. Results of these measurements were correlated with a semiempirical equation. The simulated solubility of B crystal form cefotaxime sodium shows good agreement with the experimental value, and the experimental solubility and correlation equation in this work can be used as essential data and models in the crystallization process of cefotaxime sodium.
