白藜芦醇苷对MODS大鼠炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨白黎芦醇苷（PD）对多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）大鼠炎症反应的变化规律。方法将大鼠随机分为MODS模型组、PD治疗组和假手术对照组3组。采用肠缺血-再灌注损伤后12h腹腔注射小剂量酵母多糖的方法，复制MODS动物模型。对各组大鼠炎症反应指标（IL-6、IL-4水平）进行检测。结果与假手术对照组比较，MODS模型组大鼠随伤后时间的延长，血清IL-6及IL-4水平逐渐升高，并且IL-6水平于伤后1h即出现明显增高（P〈0．05），而IL4的升高要晚于IL-6，于伤后6h才出现显著性差异（P〈0．05），说明MODS早期以促炎反应占明显优势。而经过PD体内干预后，PD治疗组伤后6h血清IL-6和IL4水平较MODS模型组明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论MODS时，血清促炎细胞因子（IL-6）和抗炎细胞因子（IL-4）水平均显著增高，早期以促炎反应占优势。PD能降低MODS大鼠促炎和抗炎细胞因子水平。Aim To evaluate the changes on inflammatory response in MODS rats of polydatin. Methods Animals were randomly divided into 3 groups： sham-operation group, model group, and polydatin pretreatment group. MODS rat modes were established by intraperitoneally injected with low-dose zymosan after rats were subjected to 12 hours of intestine ischemiareperfusion. Serum levels of inflammatory response index （IL-6, IL-4） were determined on in all groups. Results Compared with rats of sham-operated group, serum levels of IL-6 and IL-4 in model group increased gradually after injury. Within 1 hour after injury, serum levels of IL-6 in model group increased significantly （P 〈 0. 05） and within 6 hours after injury, serum levels of IL-4 in model group increased significantly （P 〈0. 05） . In the earlier period, proinflammatory response predominated significantly. Compared with rats of mbdel group, serum levels of IL-6 and IL-4 in polydatin pretreatment group reduced after injury significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion During MODS serum levels of proinflammatory cytokine （IL-6） and antiinflammatory cytokine （ IL-4 ） increased significantly. In the earlier period, proinflammatory response predominated, polydatin has reduced serum levels of proinflammatory cytokine and antiinflammatory cytokine in MODS rats.
