摘  要:在Solid Works中精确建立了一对齿轮的啮合模型,并通过Solid Works与ANSYS的数据交换接口,把啮合模型的几何数据导入ANSYS中,将其转化成由节点及单元组成的有限元模型。进行了齿轮的接触应力及接触疲劳寿命有限元分析。结果表明,摩擦对齿轮接触应力有一定影响,但影响程度随摩擦系数的增加并不明显。本文展示了CAD与CAE的结合应用。The precise model of a pair of meshing gears was obtained in Solid Works. Then by the excellent data exchange interface between SolidWorks and ANSYS, the model could be imported into ANSYS and was transferred into finite element model composed of nodes and elements. Gear's contact stress and contact fatigue life was calculated by finite element method (FEM). It was showed that gear's contact stress was influenced by friction to some extent. Thus the integration of CAD/CAE was obtained.
