摘  要:通过对膨胀阀内节流工作段几何结构的分析,将其简化为短喷嘴结构.基于短喷嘴相关流动特性的可视化研究成果,分析了制冷剂在膨胀阀节流膨胀过程中的主要物理现象.通过亚稳态液体闪蒸形成的蒸发波以及气体动力学非连续理论,建立了电子膨胀阀壅塞机理模型.将该模型计算结果与试验数据相结合进行膨胀阀制冷剂流动壅塞特性的分析,解释了在电子膨胀阀小开度壅塞特性改变的原因,为膨胀阀生产单位提出了指导性意见.Through analysis on the geometry of electronic expansion valve (EEV) flow passage, the working passage of EEV was simplified to a series of short nozzles. Based on the visible experiments of flow characteristic in short nozzle, the main physical phenomena were introduced about the throttle process in expansion valve. A mechanical model of choking flow in the expansion valve was presented, which is based on the expansion wave and gas dynamics discontinuities theories. Through comparison of the model calculation results and the test data, the characteristic of choking flow in EEV was analyzed,which explains the abrupt change of flow characteristic when the opening degree of EEV is small. At last, some advices were given to EEV manufactory.
