摘　　要：县域农业银行与金融同业相比,在经营机制、管理手段等方面仍有明显的差距。因此,县域农业银行改革并不断调整经营管理模式,不失时机地提升自身竞争力显得尤为重要。Compared with the other financial organizations, the agriculture banks in county area still have obvious disparities in operational system and management means. Therefore, it is very important for the county area agriculture banks to reform and continuously adjust the management pattern, and lose no time to promote their competition ability.
