大型体育赛事运营的风险来源与防范

摘　　要：运用经济学、管理学、社会学等知识,首先认识了大型体育赛事风险管理的重要性,同时对大型体育赛事的决策、财务、信息不对称等主要风险来源进行分析,为了加强大型体育赛事风险防范的科学性,从风险识别、风险分析、风险计划、风险跟踪、风险应对等方面对大型体育赛事进行风险管理,以期提高大型体育赛事的运营效益。Under the backgrotmd of economies, management, and sociology, firstly, it is very important for us to know the importance of the venture management of large-scale sport events. At the same time, decision-making venture, financial affairs venture, and information dissymmetry venture are analyzed. In order to promote the scientific prevention of the largescale sport events venture, venture management is analyzed from the aspects of venture recognition, venture analysis, ventore arrangement, venture tracing, and venture disposal, so that we can improve the operation benefit of the large scale sport events.
