摘 要:讨论了广义匹配规律下电磁波入射到以金属为衬底的涂层吸波材料时,表面反射对总吸波性能的影响并给出相应的理论公式.利用三维网格法讨论了电磁波垂直入射的情况,结果表明:涂层吸波材料的介电常数ε对表面反射的影响起主要作用,而磁导率μ的作用并不明显,即在考虑表面反射的优化设计中调节ε是主要的.结合具体材料进行了优化设计.同时发现:在满足广义匹配规律时,表面反射波位相发生突变.另外,在不同广义匹配常数M1下,对百分功率反射率Rp与厚度d的变化规律给出了合理解释.The influence of surface reflection to total absorbing performance is discussed and the corresponding theoretical formula are presented under the condition of generational matching law when electromagnetic wave irradiates on the coating absorbing material which takes metal as the base. We concentrate on vertical incidence using the three dimensional mesh method which indicates that the dielectric constant ε of the coating absorbing material is very important to surface reflection while the permeability μ is not. That is to say the dielectric constant ε is important to optimum design when we consider surface reflection. At the same time, we use particular material to take optimum design to illustrate it. We also find the phase jump of electromagnetic wave of surface reflection when the generalized matching law is satisfied. On the other hand, we appropriately interpret the phenomenon that the reflection rate of power Rp increases with the thickness (d) increasing.
