摘  要:在严格的厌氧条件下,用MPN计数法测定了柴达木盆地东部第四系一个垂直剖面不同沉积层地质样品中的硫酸盐还原菌、厌氧纤维素分解菌,发酵性细菌,产甲烷细菌的数量。对各种菌的形态进行了观察,并对产甲烷细菌的代谢类型和产甲烷能力进行了研究。结果表明:柴达木东部第四系在113.76-123.38m基本上结束了硫酸盐还原过程,业已进入了生化甲烷阶段,发酵性细菌和纤维素分解菌的分布带有很大的随机性,与样品中的有机质、纤维素的含量无明显相关关系,各样品中的菌体形态也有一定差异,产甲烷菌仅存在于部分样品中,为甲烷杆菌(Methanbacterium),营养类型为H2/CO2。Under the strictly anaerobic conditions, the quantities of,sulfatereducing bacteria, fermentative bacteris, cellulolytic bacteria and methanogenic bacteria of serial geological quaiernary samples got from an erect section of east in Qaidam basin. The morphology of different kinds of bacteria were observed and the metabolic type of methanogenic bacteria were observed. The result show that the process of reducing sulfate ended and the methanogenic process began.The distributions of fermentative bacteria and cellulolytic bacteria are tandom, they have no relationship with the content of organic matter and cellulose. The morphology of bacteria in different samples are different. The methanogenic bacteria only present in part of samples. All of the methanogenic bacteria belong to the population of Methanobacterium and the type of nutriment is H2/CO2.
