摘  要:以单模石英光纤为传光介质,共焦球面F-P干涉仪为传感器件,面阵分体CCD摄像机为图像接收器件设计了一套液体折射率和浓度的测量系统,对不同浓度的酒精溶液进行了测量.实验结果表明,采用该系统可以探测到10-5量级的折射率变化量,和相应的溶液浓度变化精度也为1.0×10-5,相对于传统的折射率测量方法,这种测量系统调整方便,操作简单,能够用于液体折射率和浓度变化过程的在线测量.Based on confocal spherical Fabry-Perot (F-P) interferometer, a sensing device was designed for measuring refractive index and concentration of aqueous solution, which has a single-mode silica optical fiber for laser transmission and a two-unit CCD for image acquisition. It was manifested by a successful measurement of the refractive index of ethanol solution, with high precision. The measurement principle and feasibility of the device were analyzed, the device was constructed with a He-Ne laser, a segment of fiber, an F-P cavity and a CCD head. Through counting the number of the concentric interference rings and performing some mathematics, the refractive index and the solution concentration were retrieved with high precision. The dynamic evolution of these rings were demonstrated for the first time, corroborating the measurement process. A refractive index change of 10^-5 and a corresponding concentration variation of 1.0× 10^-5 could be inferred from the measured image data. Compared with traditional methods, this method is easy, simple, and capable of on-line monitoring.
