针刺对感冒高热患者临床症状的影响及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗感冒高热及其临床症状的有效针灸疗法。方法按照随机化和多中心临床试验原则，选取感冒高热患者276例，随机分为治疗组138例和对照组138例，治疗组采用电针大椎穴，对照组采用安痛定注射液，观察24h的即时退热效果及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者各时点体温，3—24h相关症状积分，恶寒、肢体酸痛、头痛、汗出的起效时间以及恶寒、头痛的痊愈时间间差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者疗效间差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论针刺大椎穴治疗感冒高热疗效确切。Objective To search for an effective acupuncture - moxibustion therapy for common cold combined with high fever and its clinical symptom, Methods According to the randomized and multi - central trial principle, 276 cases with common cold combined with high fever were randomly divided into observation group of 138 cases and a control group of 138 cases, Patients in observation group were treated by electroacupuncture at Dazhui and patientsthe control group were treated by Antondinie Injection to observe the prompt effects of abating fever and clinical curative effect in 24 hours. Results After treatment , the temperature of the observation group were all lower than that of the control group （ P 〈0.01 ） at every observation time. The related symptom value of the observation group were lower than that of the control group in 3 - 24 h （ P 〈 0. 05）. The symptom of aversion to cold, arthrodynia of the extremities, headache and sweat＇s effective time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the symptom of aversion to cold and headache＇s cured time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈0, 05 ）. There is significant differences in the clinical curative effects between the two groups （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The method of acupuncturing at Dazhui has a definite therapeutic effect on high fever in common cold.
