摘 要:确定并建立了石油馏分静态表面张力的测定方法,并用吊片法表面张力仪及三种纯烃考核了仪器的准确性,建立了回测法以考核试样蒸发损失的影响。实侧了大庆、胜利和辽河三种原油直馏馏分在不同温度下的表面张力及相关特性。提出两类实用范围不同的预测国产石油馏分表面张力关联式,其平均相对偏差分别为1.17%~1.26%和1.77%~2.77%,可满足一般工艺要求。A method for measuring the static surface tension of petroleum distillates was developed in laboratory. The accuracy of instrument CBVP-A3 Tensiometer was checked by three pure hydrocarbons, and a reverse measurement technique was created for examining the effect of the evaporation loss of samples of surface tension at different temperature. The related physical properties were measured for straight-run distillates from Daqing. Shengli and Liaohe crudes.Eight correlation equations for predicting the surface tension of Chinese petroleum distillates were proposed. The calculation shows that the relative errors are 1. 17% ̄1.26% and 1. 77%  ̄2. 77% respectively.
