摘　　要：为解决卷烟配送中人工分拣作业模式工作效率低,差错率高的问题,设计了一种基于现场总线Profibus-DP的塔式卷烟自动分拣机。该系统可根据需要灵活配置,且结构简单,使用维护方便,适用于中小规模的卷烟配送中心。In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy in cigarette picking, a tower type automatic cigarette picker based on Profibus-DP was designed, the makeup and software design of this system were introduced. The system featured flexible co operation and maintenance, and was suitable for small or nfignration, simple structure, convenient middle scale cigarette distribution center.
