摘 要:以取食健康烟苗的烟蚜为对照,测定了取食黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)烟草病苗的烟蚜谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)和羧酸酯酶(CarE)的活性。结果表明:①取食健康和发病烟苗的烟蚜GSTs比活力差异达显著水平;②分别以1-氯-2,4-二硝基苯(CDNB)和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)为底物时,发病烟草上饲养的烟蚜与健康烟草上饲养的烟蚜比较米氏常数(Km)值有显著提高,表明发病烟苗上烟蚜的GSTs对CDNB和GSH的亲和力均明显下降;③发病烟苗上饲养的烟蚜CarE比活力显著高于健康烟苗上饲养的烟蚜,分别为0.3618和0.1858μmol/mg.min,且烟蚜CarE比活力的个体间分布也存在显著差异。The activities of glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) and carboxylesterases (CarE) in Myzus persicae (Suler) fed with tobacco seedlings infected by CMV (M. persicae Ⅰ ) were determined with Myzus persicae fed with healthy tobacco seedlings (M. persicae Ⅱ ) as control. The results showed that there was a significant difference between GSTs specific activities in M. persicae Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Determined kinetic parameters of enzyme revealed that the Michaelis constants (Km) value of M. persicae Ⅰ was significantly higher when using CDNB and GSH as substrates, which indicated that the affinity of GSTs in M. persicae I to CDNB and GSH declined obviously. As for CarE, the results showed that the specific activity of Care in M. persicae Ⅰ [0.3618 umol/mg · min] was significantly higher than that in M. persicae Ⅱ [0. 1858 umol/mg · min], and there was also a significant difference of Care specific activity distribution between M. persicae Ⅰ and M. persicae Ⅱ. individuals.
