摘　　要：从价值链的角度,将加工贸易的演进纳入统一的分析框架,进而运用PEST和五力分析方法,揭示了我国服装加工贸易环境、结构以及地位,从而提出了我国服装产业加工贸易升级发展的四大优化模式。This paper incorporates the evolution of the processing trade into a unified fi：amework of analysis based on the value chain, reveals China＇s apparel processing trade environment, structure and status by using of the analysis methods of PEST and five forces model, and consequently propounds four optimization models for the upgrading and development of China＇s apparel industry.
