摘　　要：本文综述了5-HT受体亚型与抑郁症的关系及分类，并重点综述了5—HT2受体拮抗剂抗抑郁作用的机制及其新产品的研究与开发。表明中枢神经系统的5-HT2AR与血小板中5-HT2AR药理学特性相似，指出了血小板5—HT2AR套度为抑郁症的状态指标。In this paper, not only the relationship of 5-HT receptors subtypes and depression, and the class of them were highlighted, but also the acting mechanism and research and development of this class of antidepressants were importantly summarized. It indicated the pharmacological comparability of 5-HT2A receptor in the CNS and hematoblast. The densities of this receptor in blood platelet acting as stating target of the depression were also point out.
