天麻种麻与商品麻对东莨菪碱诱发大鼠记忆障碍改善作用的比较

摘　　要：目的 比较天麻种麻与天麻商品麻改善东莨菪碱诱发的记忆障碍的疗效。方法 用天麻种麻，商品麻灌胃饲养幼鼠一个月。然后用东莨菪碱诱发大鼠造记忆获得性障碍模型，通过Morris水迷宫测试大鼠寻找平台的潜伏期。结果天麻种麻。商品麻6g／kg剂量对东莨菪碱诱发的大鼠获得性记忆障碍都有很明显的改善作用，商品麻甚至接近正常水平，达到逆转的疗效，天麻种麻的疗效达到石杉碱甲的疗效水平。结论 天麻种麻对东莨菪碱诱导记忆获得性障碍有明显的改善作用。认为可以替代商品麻投料入药。Objective： To compare the effects between Seed stem and Commercial RhizomaGastrodia on memory dysmnesia induced by Scopolamine in rat .Methods： A month before the Scopolamine administration, Seed stem and Commercial Rhizoma Gastrodia were given to two groups of young rats with Scopolamine - induced dysmnesia model, incubation period of finding platform were measured by means of Morris Watter-maze. Result： Seed stem and Commercial Rhizoma Gastrodia （6g/kg） both can significantly improve dysmnesia on learning and memory ability in rat , even the effects of Commercial Rhizoma Gastrodia reaches the normal level ;the seed stem reaches theHuperzineA. Conclusion ： Seed stem can improve the rat of memory barrier induced by Scopolamine , it can take the place of Commercial Rhizoma Gastrodia.
