摘 要:为保证强电磁干扰环境下微机控制系统的正常工作,对强激光脉冲电源远方控制装置进行了电磁兼容性设计。基于PSPICE软件建立了仿真模型,从电源供电回路、控制信号输出通道、通讯网络、接地及屏蔽等方面研究了有关的电磁兼容性问题,并针对调试中的问题改进了设计。仿真和现场试验表明,该设计可以有效减少经由共阻抗耦合、供电电源耦合以及空间电磁辐射耦合途径传输的电磁干扰,远方微机控制装置工作正常。In order to ensure the normal performance of computer control system under intense electromagnetic interference (EMI) environment, the sources and the paths of EMI for the remote control device of a pulsed supply in high power laser application are analyzed. The analysis indicates that the common impedance coupling, supply source and electromagnetic radiation are the main paths of EMI. An electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design is carried out for the device. Insulation blocking circuits and filter circuits for the power supply, optoelectronic isolator and fibre-optic transmission system for the communication system, floating-bonding and shielding for the earthed system are used to decrease the EMI. And simulation models are established in PSPICE for the study of EMC problems related to power supply circuits, output channels for control signal, communication network, grounding and shielding. The simulation results indicate that the EMI could be decreased by about 52dB by the EMC design. And the design for power supply circuits is modified according to problems in field test. The field testing results indicate that the design could effectively decrease the EMI, and the remote control device could work in gear under the intense EMI environment as a result.
