摘　　要：随着我国社会经济体制改革的进一步深入,我国医疗卫生体制和卫生服务体系的改革也加快了步伐。正处于转型时期的公立医院管理者逐渐认识到文化管理已成为医院管理发展的主流趋势,是提升医院核心竞争力,保证医院可持续发展的有力手段。本文通过对当前医院在文化管理中的尝试与探索展开分析与讨论,对如何重视和开展好医院文化管理提出若干建议。With the rapid development of social and economy system reform, health administration system and health service delivery system reform were fastened. The managers of public hospital had known that hospital culture management was the key factor of improving hospital core competition ability and keeping hospital sustained development. Based on the status of hospital culture management, some suggestions of hospital culture management were considered.
