摘  要:简要回顾了我国57年来炼钢生产技术的发展历程;系统总结了在炼钢产量、工艺结构优化、超纯净钢生产和品种开发以及节能环保等方面的技术进展;详细阐述了“转炉溅渣护炉与长寿复合吹炼技术”、“转炉高效吹炼技术”和“电炉兑铁水冶炼工艺”三项国内自主创新的重大工艺;并对21世纪初先进的炼钢技术进行了展望。The development of steel-making technology in the last 57 years in China is reviewed in this paper. The technical progresses in steel production, steel-making process-optimization, ultra-clean-steel production, new steel grades development, energy saving and environment protection have been systematically summarized. Three important new technologies independently developed in China are described in detail, including the slag-splashing technology and combined-blowing technology for long-campaign converter, the high efficiency steel-making technology for oxygen-blowing converter as well as the EAF steel-making technology with melting iron of blast furnace. The prospect of advanced steel-making plants in 21 century is put up.
