摘　　要：介绍了攀钢130t RH真空脱氢工艺试验,并进行了有关真空脱氢的热动力学分析,完善了真空脱氢的处理模式与工艺模型。生产结果表明,在现有工艺条件下,可保证真空处理后钢中w(H)在2×10-6以下。The present paper introduces the experiments on vacuum dehydrogenation process in 130 t RH unit of Panzhihua Iron ＆ Steel Co Ltd, and carries out the thermodynamic analysis on the process and further improves and perfects the processing mode. Production results show that under the current processing conditions the hydrogen content as low as 2 × 10^-6 in steel can be guaranteed after the vacuum treatment.
