摘  要:研究和分析了涟钢1号顶底复吹转炉低碳钢的冶金效果。结果表明,冶炼终点钢水过氧化比较严重,应适当加大底吹强度和尽可能减少补吹次数以求改善。结果还表明,当终渣碱度为4.5左右时,脱硫、脱磷能力最强。The metallurgical effect of low carbon steel in no. 1 top-bottom combined blowing converter in Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co has been studied in this paper. The results indicate that the molten steel is over oxidized severely at the end point of blowing, and it is of great ne- cessity to increase the bottom blowing intensity and decrease the reblowing times in order to improve the metallurgical effects. The results also show that the effects of desulfurization and dephosphorization are the best when the final slag basicity is about 4. 5.
