摘 要:为进一步探讨漆酶在煤炭微生物溶解过程中的作用,考察了溶煤菌种在溶解褐煤过程中漆酶的表达量,以及另外两株产漆酶菌的漆酶表达量与溶煤效果的关系.结果表明:溶煤过程中三株溶煤菌种均未检测到明显的漆酶表达,而两株产漆酶菌尽管具有较高的漆酶表达量,却未表现出明显的溶煤活性,即漆酶在微生物溶煤过程中不起关键作用.One of the bottlenecks for the coal bioliquefaction technology is the further investigation of its mechanism. To get some insights on the role of laccase in the biosolubilization mechanisms of lignite by the microoranisms. The laccase activity of the strains which could solubilize the coal as well as the relationship between the laccase activity of other strains secreting laccase and the coal bioliquefaction were analyzed. The result showed that during the solubilization of the coal almost no laccase activity of there strain was detected. Although with high laccase activity, neither strains couldn't solubilize the coal. In a word, laccase doesn't play the key role during the coal bioliquefaction.
