摘 要:煤炭地下气化过程中,干馏干燥区的煤层在热传导及气化通道中高温煤气的热作用下发生热解反应,并析出热解煤气.该热解煤气在煤层的孔隙裂隙中扩散渗流,对煤层的渗透率(物理特性)及出口煤气热值组分都具有重要意义.在分析煤层热解特性的基础上,运用分布活化能模型(DAEM)的理论,建立了煤炭地下气化的热解动力学模型.运用该模型,通过热重实验,计算得到了大雁褐煤的热解动力学参数及活化能变化曲线.During the UCG process,as the coal seams in the dry and distillation zone were hated by the high temperatured gas in the gasification and solid heat conduction,then occured pyrolysis reaction, producing pyrolysis gas and the gas transfered through the coalbed, and coal structure changed at the same time. In this paper,based on the characteristic analysis of pyrolysis in the dry and distillation zone of UCG process,the pyrolysis dynamic model is established with the distributed activation energy model theory. With this model,the Dayan brown coal was stud- ied,and the model parameters and activation energy curves were got through the thermogravity experiment.
