摘　　要：文章通过对执业药师同药店关系之间的现状分析,探明了执业药师在药店竞争力方面的重要作用,提出了药店提高自身的核心竞争力一一重视并充分发挥执业药师的作用的相应建议及对策。By analyzing the current relationship between licensed pharmacists and pharmacies, the important contribution of licensed pharmacists in raising pharmacy competitive strength has confirmed. In this paper, the authors proposed the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures, which were to elevate the pharmacies＇core competitive strength, to think highly of and fully educe the licensed pharmacists＇ability.
