陶瓷展会知识产权保护主体的法定职责及相关问题研究——以景德镇为例

摘　　要：侵犯陶瓷展会知识产权现象比较严重,影响了陶瓷业的发展。对陶瓷展会知识产权保护主体的法定职责进行了厘清,对展会中的陶瓷非物质文化遗产、陶瓷地理标志、展会名称和域名等知识产权的保护以及对《展会知识产权保护办法》的修改提出了有价值的参考建议。Infringement of intellectual property rights of the ceramics exhibition is quite serious, which has affected the ceramic industry development. Main body of the ceramics intellectual property rights legal protection includes the ceramics exhibition sponsors, participants, the intellectual property rights administration departments, the intellectual property rights of the exhibition suit organization and so on. We must distinct rights and obligations of these main bodies in legal relationship We also pay attention to the ceramic nonmaterial cultural heritage, the ceramic geography symbol and domain name which appear in the ceramics exhibition.
