柔性管理与图书馆管理机制的创新

摘　　要：随着图书馆组织发展环境、组织结构的日益复杂化和图书馆管理的人本化,图书馆由刚性管理转向柔性管理已是势在必行。新的管理理念、新的管理方式,必然呼唤管理机制的创新。本文着重就图书馆柔性管理创新应形成的五个主要机制进行了论述,并指出了创新中应注意的问题。With the development of the library organization environment and structure and the growing human - orientation in the library management, it is necessary that the library Change from rigid management to flexible management. The new management ideas and methods will call for the innovation of the management mechanism. This paper focuses on the five major flexible management mechanisms, and points out some attentions.
