杂交稻组合D优527的特征特性及其栽培技术

摘　　要：D优527系用高配合力优质不育系D62A与蜀恢527组配而成的高产优质组合。本试验以D优527为材料,汕优63为对照,研究了D优527的分蘖动态、农艺性状及产量构成等生物学特性。结果表明:D优527株高101.42cm,全生育期127.9d;D优527实割产量7423.25kg.hm-2,比汕优63增产6.32%,达显著水平。本文还总结提出了D优527的高产高效栽培技术。Dyou527 was a high yield and high quality hybrid rice developed from the CMS line D62A as the female parent and the new restorer line Shuhui527 as the male parent by Rice Research Institute of Siehuan Agricultural University. In this paper, the developing of tiller, agronomic characteristics, yield and panicle traits of Dyou527 and CK were studied. The result showed that the plant height of Dyou527 was 101.42 era, the growth duration of Dyou527 was 127.9 days. Compared with Shanyou63, Dyou527 had a significant increase in the average yield （7423.25 kg · hm^-2）, 6.32% higher. Moreover, the high-yielding and high-resulting cultural techniques were promoted.
