摘 要:分析了川蔗系列品种的细胞质源、基础种质和亲缘系数。结果表明:川蔗系列品种的细胞质源主要集中于班扎马新黑潭和黑车里本2个热带原种;遗传组成源主要由甘蔗属的11个热带种、2个印度种、3个割手密种和2个中国种共18个原种构成;亲缘关系中,与热带种的亲缘系数为50%-65%,与野生种(割手密)的亲缘系数为10%-30%,其野生种与热带种血缘的比值相对于亚热带和南亚热带的品种为高,这与四川蔗区的生态实际相一致。在今后的甘蔗育种工作中,应注意扩展细胞质源,增加遗传组成源,注意父母双亲遗传组成源的互补性,引入野生或近缘种质,并注意遗传基础中野生种与热带种血缘的合理比例。The source of cytoplasm, basal germplasm and coefficient of relationship of sugarcane varieties bred in Sichuan were analyzed. The results showed that the sources of cytoplasm of sugarcane varieties bred in Sichuan were 2 of Saccharum offwinarum ineluding B. Hitam and B. Cheribon. And the basal germplasm was from 18 kinds of germplasm including 11 of S. offtcinarum, 2 of S. barberry, 3 of S. spontaneum and 2 of S. sinensis. The genetic relationship was between 50% and 65% with S. officinarum, 10% and 30% with S. spontaneum. The ratios of wild relatives to S. offtcinarum were slightly higher than the varieties in subtropical and south subtropical zone. That is unanimous with the ecosystem of sugarcane planting area in Sichuan Province. In the future sugar- cane breeding, we Should pay attention to enlarging the source of cytoplasm, adding the basal germplasms and improving the complementarity of the basal germplasms of the parents eath other, pulling-in wild and near relation germplasm, and taking notice of the ratios of wild relatives to S. officinarum.
