PPE复方制剂对烧烫伤治疗的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察PPE局部用药对小鼠颈背部皮肤Ⅱ～Ⅲ度烧、烫伤的治疗作用。方法:用不同药物浓度的PPE软膏涂搽皮肤烧、烫伤创口部位。每2天1次,连续30d。高剂量组药物浓度为低剂量组的2倍,并以美宝湿润烧伤膏作阳性对照组,设空白对照组(不给予任何药物治疗)。各组小鼠每天均观察其脱痂和长毛时间以及食量和活动度。结果:PPE复方制剂高剂量组、低剂量组和美宝阳性对照组软膏局部涂搽后,分别与空白对照组比较,其对小鼠颈背部皮肤Ⅱ～Ⅲ度烧、烫伤的脱痂时间(P<0.0083)和长毛时间(P<0.01)均缩短并具有显著差异。结论:PPE复方制剂对小鼠颈背部皮肤Ⅱ～Ⅲ度烧、烫伤有明显的治疗作用。Objective:To observe the effectiveness of PPE local medicine on the treatment of the neck and back skin burn and ambustion of small mice(II-III).Methods:PPE different concentration salves were smeared on the burn and ambustion locus of the small mice once every two days for twenty days.The concentration of high dose group was twice of that of the low dose group.Mei Bao Moisturing Salve was taken as a positive control group and a no medicine group was also observed.The time of decrustation and fur-growing,appetite and activity of the mice in each group were observed.Results:Comparing the PPE high dose group,the PPE low dose group,Mei Bao Moisturing Salve group with the no medicine group,the time of the decrustation(P<0.0083)and the fur-growing(P<0.01)of the neck and back skin burn and ambustion of small mice(II-III)was shortened,and the difference showed a significance.Conclusion:PPE compound preparation has a noticeable effect on the treatment of the neck and back skin burn and ambustion of small mice(II-III).
