摘  要:挤出压力(计算压力)是决定超高分子量聚乙烯单螺杆能否正常挤出的一个基本条件,只有当p3max>pN时,熔融物料才能正常挤出,文中详细分析了带开螺旋型沟槽机筒单螺杆挤出机在各段所产生压力的数学模型以及压力趋势图,以此为基础,已成功开发出分析和计算超高分子量聚乙烯单螺杆挤出压力的软件,丰富和完善建立了具有高黏度材料单螺杆挤出成型理论,为超高分子量聚乙烯单螺杆挤出机设计开发提供了理论基础。Extrusion pressure is very important for UHMWPE extruded through single screw extruder, It was suggested that when p3max〉pN, raw material can been normally extruded. Based on the analysis of the course of UHMWPE extruded in the special single screw extruder, we can see the total forming of pumping pressure is continuous. It has build up it's mathematical equations, include in the section of feed and grooved barrel smoothness compressed barrel and homogenized, and then given corresponding pressure trend diagrams through whole screw. It has enriched and perfected the extruding molding theory in single screw extruder for high-viscosity material and advanced the theory for UHMWPE in design of a single screw extruder.
