摘 要:将室温自交联丙烯酸乳液与硅溶胶双组分共混,并对共混乳液以及放置两天后的共混乳液的流变性能作了研究,发现:乳液的表观黏度(ηa)、稠度系数K、零剪切黏度(η0)均随硅溶胶含量的增加而增大,而乳液的假塑性增强;并且放置两天后的共混乳液的ηa、K、η0进一步增大,假塑性也增强。用IR、DSC对共混后的乳胶膜进行表征和测试,发现共混后的乳胶膜的硬度、耐水性、交联度、抗冲击强度、玻璃化转变温度均有提高,且附着力良好。IR and DSC were employed to characterize and test the emulsion blending acrylic emulsion with silica sol,the results show that the Cross-linking and blending enhance the glass transition temperature and hardness, impact strength, water resistance, degree of cross-linking of the films. The theological property of these emulsions blended was investigated. The results show that these emulsions contain different silica sol content are pseudoplastic fluid, and the apparent viscosity(ηa), consistency factor(K), zero shear viscosity(η0) are increased with increasing the silica sol content, but the emulsion flow index(n) is decreased. Also the ηa, K, η0 of the emulsions after laid up two days are increased but the flow index is decreased compared with the emulsions with same silica sol content without laying.
