高校图书馆参与ISO质量认证的实践与思考

摘　　要：简单介绍了ISO90002000质量管理体系族标准的内涵,探讨在高校图书馆实施全面质量管理体系的方略,最后结合我馆质量管理体系认证实践,从质量管理必须遵循的三个原理方面进行概括,提出图书馆质量管理活动中应改进的建议。This paper summarizes the ISO9000 ： 2000 Quality Management System Standards for the content of study in university libraries complete implementation of the Quality Management System plan, the final connection with the Quality Management System Certification museum practice through quality management, we must respect the principles of the three broad areas, the quality management activities for the library should make recommendations for improvement.
