摘心促银杏二次梢试验

摘　　要：对银杏实生大苗高位嫁接后萌发的新梢进行不同摘心时期、不同摘心强度的促二次梢试验,结果表明:在新梢的不同生长时期进行不同强度的摘心均能促进二次梢的萌发,但在二次梢萌发时间和萌发量上存在一定的差异性。在4月25日摘心效果最好,4种不同强度的摘心平均促发2.1条二次梢,且萌发时间较早。同一时期进行不同强度摘心对二次梢的促发效果依次为:去梢1/2>去梢3/4>去梢1/4>去顶芽。This paper reported the studies on different periods and different intensity top-picking for the second branch of Ginkgo biloba tall seedlings after top grafting. The result showed： it could promote the sprouting of second branch by different intensity top-picking in different growth periods of new branches. But it was different at periods and amount of second branch sprouting. It was best to make top-picking at 25^th April, four intensity top-picking could sprout 2.1 second branches in average and the period was earlier. The result was different by different intensity top-picking at same time, it was best to pick up 1/2 of branch, second 3/4 of branch, third 1/4 of branch, and worst top bud.
