摘  要:不同基质、不同生长调节剂浓度及不同穗条在营养袋中扦插的正交试验表明,在设计的3种因素中,不同穗条是影响扦插成活的关键因素。3种不同穗条对成活率的影响差异显著,其中1年生基部穗条对扦插成活率的影响最大;3种基质对成活率的影响显著,其中A2(沙∶松表土∶锯末=1∶1∶1)对成活率的影响最大;3种不同生长调节剂浓度对成活率的影响不显著。选出成活率最高的配方是A2(沙∶松表土∶锯末=1∶1∶1)B3(50×10-6ABT1#生根粉)C1(1年生基部穗条)。The orthogonal design was employed in cutting propagation experiment of Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis treated with three different mediums, three different concentrations of different growth regulators and three kinds of cutting scions and planted in plastic bags. The result showed that three different cutting scions from different age mother trees and different positions were the key factors affecting the survival ratio. It has significant difference among three different cutting scions from different age mother trees and different positions, and the basal scions from one-year-old mother tree had the best effect on survival ratio. Also it had significant difference among the three media in survival ratio, and A2 (sand: loosened top soil: sawdust = 1 : 1 : 1 ) was the best one. It had no significant difference among three different concentrations of growth regulators. The best combination was A2 medium, 50 × 10^-6 ABT1 (soaked for 2hrs) and the basal scions from one-year-old mother tree.
